Agonda Beach is located in the south of Goa about 1h drive from the town of Margao.

At the first visit in 2006 the village Agonda and its beach where difficult to reach and there was hardly any tourist infrastructure. More than 2km beautifull beach lined with palm trees and no tourists, only some cows which came down the beach every day at the same time and the same spot to enjoy the sunset.

After it became an insider tip in the lonely planet guidebook this perfect idyll changed quickly. Today you will find a huge number of kiosks, bars, beach restaurants and guesthouses... Agonda now is high ranked at trip advisor.
